A safe space for men to openly talk about life, mental health, and personal struggles — and to build trust, belonging, and brotherhood within our community.

The Strait Area Men’s Group is a safe, welcoming peer-led space where men can come together to openly talk about life, mental health, and the struggles and victories we all carry. At the heart of this group is a talking circle — a space where every man can share openly if he chooses, knowing he will be met with respect, understanding, and trust. We listen first, give advice only when asked, and create a strong sense of belonging that reminds every man he is not alone. But this group is more than conversation — it’s about building a brotherhood rooted in mutual support and a shared commitment to making a difference. Together, we aim to break down the walls that isolate men and build connections that extend beyond ourselves. In time, we also hope to give back to the wider community through fundraisers, volunteer efforts, and other acts of service, showing that men can come together to listen, to uplift one another, and to make a meaningful impact.Through trust, belonging, and action, the Strait Area Men’s Group strives to build a stronger, healthier, and more connected community — one conversation, one meeting, one moment of understanding at a time.
Currently on pause, future meeting dates will be announced here and on our Facebook page.
